It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

As soon as it hit November 1st I will admit, I began listening to Christmas music. At 8:30am in the gym, Meghan Trainor’s new Christmas album was blasting through my headphones (I would especially recommend the song 'I Believe in Santa') But was this too soon?
As the nights draw in sooner and the weather starts to turn colder, I think the only thing to do is get into the festive spirit. I always feel like Christmas goes so quickly and all of a sudden we are in January with nothing to look forward to. These months leading up to Christmas Day and New Year's Eve need to be cherished and enjoyed.
A Twitter poll from @Tyla in 2020 found that 64% of people believed it is too early to listen to Christmas music before December 1st.

On the other hand, Christmas markets and Christmas decorations tend to appear in city streets well before the month of December. The pandemic last year stopped so many festive activities happening and so I would argue that it is even more important to start celebrating Christmas as early as possible this year.
I will admit, I don't think a Christmas tree should go up in my house until at least December 1st which might seem a bit controversial considering I am willing to blast the Christmas tunes as soon as November comes around, but they are two very different things. So my message is, start to get in the Christmas spirit as early as possible because it will be over in a flash. You won't regret it.
